   To boil things down:

   1.  ILink systems echoing P&BNet(tm) conferences through the
   backboning agreement retain their ILink origin line.

   2. P&BNet(tm) systems echoing ILink conferences through the
   backboning agreement retain their P&BNet(tm) origin line.

   3. Systems that are members of both networks should use the
   appropriate origin line in each network.

   4. All P&BNet(tm) must take NetAdmin and News.

   5. All ILink NDSs must take P&BNet(tm) NetAdmin and News.

   6.  ILink nodes may take any P&BNet(tm) conference with the
   undersatnding that if any problems arise, their NDS will so inform
   them of the problem and help in starightening it out.

   7.  P&BNet(tm) sysops are not required to take any ILink
   administrative conferences.  If any problems arise in an ILink
   conference, the host of that conference will notify you in the ILink
   conference and you will so inform the P&BNet(tm) sysop here.  If the
   user wished to discuss the problems then the P&BNet(tm) sysop will be
   required to pick up the ILink Mod&User Conference.
